• There is a 3-hour minimum per session/per day. Also, there is a 3-hour maximum per session/per day (a good thing!).​ 

  • ​The 3-hour timeframe has been proven to be the most efficient because you are able to see a noticeable difference without burning out. Often, when people are ready get started and stay focused, they want to "keep going until it is all done". Motivation is paramount; however, if you keep going for hours and hours (and more hours) often people just give up after mental exhaustion and do not want to do anymore. Ever. Thus, the 3-hour limit allows for greater progress in the long run.

• Multiple sessions:

  • After the first session, Calm Surroundings will provide a calculated estimate of how many sessions are needed to complete the project.

Hourly Services:

• $50/hour​

• Payment is due at the end of each session.

• Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to appointment shall incur a cancellation fee.

• Any parking fees are charged to the client.

Business hours:

Monday - Saturday, 9:00am-5:00pm. There is a surcharge for hourly services rendered outside of normal business hours.

Disclaimers

Privacy:

During our sessions, Calm Surroundings, LLC personnel may be in contact with personal information and items. Calm Surroundings, LLC agrees not to divulge any personal information and maintain the highest standars of confidentiality and respect for the Client's belongings and home.

Discarded Items:

Once items are donated or discarded and they leave the Client's home, they are no longer in the possession of the Client. Items taken by Calm Surroundings to be donated or discarded are not able to be returned to the Client. 

Photographs:

When the online booking process is complete and the booking deposit is submitted, the Client grants permission to Calm Surroundings, LLC to take and use: photographs, videos, and/or digital images of the Client's space for use in marketing materials. These materials may include printed or electronic publications, social media sites, websites or other electronic communication. The Client authorizes the use of these images without compensation. All prints and digital reproductions shall be the property of Calm Surroundings, LLC. All photographs, videos, and/or digital images will be anonymous and have no information about the ClientWe do not provide packing, moving,

Regarding Services:

Calm Surroundings, LLC does not provide errand-running, housecleaning and/or moving services.

Damages: 

When the online booking process is complete and the booking deposit is submitted, the Client agrees that Calm Surroundings, LLC shall not be responsible for any damages (whether compensatory, direct, indirect, actual, special, punitive, incidental, consequential or otherwise), any losses (whether loss of or damage to the property, loss of data, loss of use, loss of income or profit, or loss of any kind), personal injury, claims of third parties, or other claim or liability of any kind, including those resulting from discarding or destroying of any personalities or records (physical, digital, or otherwise).
